My goal in selling your home is to get you the highest value in the shortest amount of time. In 2014, my average "Days on Market" was 14 days, with my listings selling at 98.7% of list price (per TrendGraphix). I achieved this through competitive pricing and preparing homes to show their best by:

  • Walk through your home to advise on how to maximize space and neutralize your home to help Buyers better imagine their belongings in your home
  • Hire a professional photographer to shoot your home 
  • Create an online property website for your home, advertise online (MetroList, Zillow, Trulia, social media sites and more), contact selected area agents to view, engage a Broker Tour for local Realtors to preview your home for their Buyers
  • Walk you through the listing and escrow process prior to going on the market to help you know what to expect
  • Negotiate offers to arrive at the best and most well-qualified accepted offer
  • Negotiate Buyer's inspection and lending timelines while apprising you of what to expect and what costs are associated
  • Navigate a smooth escrow and closing transaction

My unofficial, but often repeated, motto is "I go wherever my windshield takes me." In essence, I work with Buyers across our tri-county (sometimes quad!) area.   • Negotiate a fair contract
  • Negotiate any repair or value requests as needed
  • Communicate often and thoroughly with your lender and the listing agent to help ensure a smooth transaction
  • Guide you through the closing and key transfer process
